Casa Construction, Inc. was founded in 1983 by Rick Swales and is a hands-on organization where the homeowner is the company's number one priority. Rick came to Georgia in 1971 and got his start in the building industry in 1983. Rick is proud to say he got his start the old fashioned way; he laid the foundations, he cleaned the lots, and did whatever was necessary to complete the homes. In 2000, Rick's son Josh joined Casa Construction and they have expanded the business from building 5 custom homes a year to now building between 15 to 20 custom homes per year, yet still keeping their customers their number one priority. Rick says, "Casa builds homes that we ourselves would want to live in, and with that goal in mind, we feel like we give the homeowner a product that they can be proud of and happy to call home."
